Two Quiet Meadows Near the Village

The land lies just beyond the edge of Casteleiro, in a place where the days feel unhurried and the surroundings remain quietly agricultural. The terrain is flat and open, with a sense of space that is easy to take in at first glance. Despite the rural feeling, access is simple and direct, via a well-maintained and very quiet road.

Around twenty olive trees are spread across the property, giving structure and shade without dominating the landscape. Two large wells are already in place, reflecting the traditional way land in this area has long been sustained and worked.

The hectare is naturally divided into two well-kept meadows. The front area feels open and welcoming, while the rear meadow offers a more enclosed atmosphere, bordered by trees and shrubs that provide privacy and shelter. This separation creates different moods within the same piece of land, lending itself to varied uses or simply different moments of the day.
